RETURN POLICY

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
All returned products must be unused, with original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
Once we receive your return and complete the quality check, the product amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.

How to Self-Ship Your Return

Please pack the product securely to avoid damage during transit and courier it through any reliable local courier service.
Email the shipping details to support@totezo.com along with your Order ID.

Replacements

To request a replacement:

Follow the return process for the item you wish to replace.
After we receive and process the return, you will receive store credit / coupon code in your Totezo account.
Use this credit to place a new order.

Note: Delivery time for exchanged items may vary based on your location.

Return Shipping Charges

For returns due to dislike, wrong model ordered, incorrect size, or any issue not caused by us, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
We can arrange a reverse pickup for such cases for ₹100.
For manufacturing defects, shipping charges will be reimbursed after verification.

Manufacturing Defects

Customers must share a clear photo or video of the defective product for verification.
Replacements or refunds are processed only after verification is complete.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.

REFUND POLICY

Terms & Conditions

Refunds/replacements can be requested within 30 days of delivery only for defective or damaged products.
Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer. These are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted if applicable.
Guest users must register with the same email ID used during purchase to access their account.

How Long Does the Refund Take?

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

You will receive an email confirming approval or rejection.
If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Where Should I Send My Return?

Please courier the product to the return address printed on the package.
Courier charges will be reimbursed only in case of verified manufacturing defects.

We recommend using Speed Post, as it offers wide coverage and reliable service.
For items above ₹5000, use a trackable courier service or insure the shipment.

I Haven’t Received My Refund Yet

If you haven’t received your refund:

Check your bank account.
Contact your credit card provider—posting may take time.
Contact your bank—refund posting may be delayed.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
Intimate or sanitary products
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
Gift cards
Downloadable software
Some health and personal care items

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted when:

An item is not in its original condition
Item is damaged or missing parts not due to our error
Item is returned after 30 days

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift credit once the return is received.
If the gift giver had the item sent to themselves first, the refund will be issued to them.

Security Reminder

Totezo will never ask for your credit/debit card number, OTP, or banking passwords.
Do not share these details with anyone claiming to be from Totezo.
